Online Counselling Services are provided by the Volunteers of the Social Work Department and Counselling Department of Loyola College people in Collaboration with Chennai corporation authorities for home quarantined people in Chennai city. Volunteers have made more than 23,000 calls so far offering support to air passengers and people under high risk categories. The health enquires, support required and the counselling to people in distress are the various services provided by this initiative.
