This third episode "Facing the Unexpected: With Cognitive Flexibility and Positive Thinking" aims to address psychological health of students

In view of the outbreak of COVID-19, the Educational Psychologist and the Clinical Psychologist of Wah Yan College, Hong Kong, and Wah Yan College, Kowloon produce a series of psycho-educational programs to support the wellness of students.

The third episode on “Facing the Unexpected: With Cognitive Flexibility and Positive Thinking” aims at helping students to address mental and psychological arrest and a certain sense of helplessness posted by unexpected changes during this time of COVID-19.
